http://www.reallans.com/blog/mmml/
This is my personal blog - sort of a personal diary chronicling things that happen in my personal life. Yes, I'm boring, yes it's all mundane. Hey! Why do you think I called the blog My Mundane Mid-Life? en-us2002-10-14T16:28:41-06:00Do you speak binary?

http://www.reallans.com/mmml.shtml?/000697.shtml
Hey, cool! The human body can sustain a 10Mb broadband connection! Two Japanese companies are looking at using human conductivity to exchange information via a handshake.

http://www.reallans.com/mmml.shtml?/000527.shtml
I don't know, but this sounds like something I'd do. Really. A mobile Wireless 802.11b network for a convoy of cars on a highway!

I knew this had to happen eventually - somebody wrote a virus specific to the WebTV platform that, when infected, calls 911.

http://www.reallans.com/mmml.shtml?/000295.shtml
Man, I love the look of the new iMac, but my world is just so Windows-centric. But I really want to look into digital video, maybe even burning my own DVD's. I wonder if runing XP on the iMac would work?

http://www.reallans.com/mmml.shtml?/000273.shtml

http://www.reallans.com/mmml.shtml?/000250.shtml
Oooooo... techno-geek alert - an interesting application of technology, if only someone can figure out how to implement it in a cost effective manner so that your local bar or club can use it - a drinking glass that can signal when it's almost empty. I guess it's called iGlassware.

Oh, man, this is just so damn cool... I saw this link at Erin's site, and I had to mention it. It's a great implementation of technology to stop your cat from bringing "gifts" into the house...
