OMG.. It is the worst.. Not only do they slow dow...THEY FRIGGEN COME TO A STOP...Maybe its just this state I'm living in, but its a pisser...

In my city I don't think people even know how to use the turn lanes. They stop with their left signal on in the left lane and make their left turn through the center turn lane they should have used, into their target parking lot. Or make a left turn from a parking lot going completely through the center lane almost killing everyone in their way.
